Ok, so I officially hate my camera on my phone.
Evan and I had dinner at Ember at Snowshoe, and his plate was the prettiest I have ever seen. That's a blackberry rice, a purple cabbage slaw and buffalo medallions. Although on here it looks not so appetizing. Evan says it was one of the best meals he's ever, ever had. It was a nice dinner.

It was wild boar...not buffalo.
pictures of food are very tough to take i think, that one isn't bad, it is just dark.
The presentation looks awesome, definitely one of those meals you can't wait to eat, but don't want to disturb the plate.
